Force 70 hp 1991 head bolts torque

Hi,anyone can help ? I need The torque for head's bolts,and the sequences of tightening the bolts for the head.

225 INCH pounds. Tighten in a spiral pattern working outward from the center two bolts in three steps, say 150, 200, 225. Keeps head from warping and sets gasket. If using a new gasket, retighten after about 1/2 hour running time.
