Hi All,
I searched the forum to see if this was discussed before but couldnt find anything.
I did a decarb on my 88 50hp force this weekend and i'm looking for new spark plugs. The plugs that were in it before were NGK BUHX. Every site I go to (including the online seloc manual) recommends those same plugs. If I go to the parts list for my model...5078FD...it recommends a totally different plug -- NGK B6HS.
Now the BUHX is a surface gap plug (no resistor) and the other one is not. Should I just stick to the BUHX? Or should I switch to the B6HS as force/merc recommends.
