Force 15 hp ... how many CC's

1. I am curious to know how many CC this motor <br /> has. (1997)<br /><br />2. Someone told me this engine blocks were Tomashu ... I personaly think they were Chrysler right up to the end which may have been 1999.<br /><br />Tx

My info goes to 89 I find cc's are 252.5.both 9.9 and 15.<br /> Before 85 the 9.9 was 216.7<br /> It's my opinion these remained unchanged to the end.

Thank you steelspike. My 1981 9.9 Johnson says 216 cc was trying to compare with the 1997 Force.<br />Tx again

force was aquired by mercury in 1990. they were chrysler up till 1989.
