What are the max rpm's that engine reaches?<br />Do you have spark to all cylinders?<br />What is the compression?<br /><br />If engine is reaching approx 5000 rpm range, then your prop hub is spun. $40 to fix at a prop shop.<br /><br />If you have spark, but rpm stay low, then probably have dropped a cylinder. It could be just a stuck ring, fixable with a decarb of the engine, or it could be worse.<br /><br />If you don't have spark to one plug, then its ignition problem.
