Force 125HP not starting

I just purchased two new 675cca amp. batteries and I am starting strong but, leaking alot of excess fuel out of top carburetor. I haven't run my boat in two weeks and she won't run right now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The excess fuel sounds like a needle and seat problem. Do you have a manual?<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty

Yes, I do have a manual and I am going to consult it further tomorrow. Getting ready for the labor day weekend and it looks like a no go....
