Hi All,
I recently purchased, and received the impeller in the below link. It has a 5 year warranty ( for a part I replace every year), but my question is this. My original part has a brass insert, this one is hard plastic. Has anyone used one before and not had a problem? Is there any legitimate cause for concern? My main concern is that plastic is not as hard as brass- but does it need to be? I am confident that the adhesion between plastic and rubber and brass and rubber would be same/same, so over to the brains trust for some feedback.
I am going to fit it this weekend ( 88/125 overheating, 12 month old impeller) but just wanted some feedback.
