force 120 wet white sludge on top two plugs

96 Force 120 recently pulled plugs. top two are wet with white oily substance. I'm assuming this is water?? also when I open her up I get about a 30 second hesitation. I'm going to replace the head gasket. will this fix the problem?

man, one of the head bolts is stripped, this is a used engine, that explains the leak! Do I need to tap new treads? I'm unfamiliar with outboard heads ? thanks

You or a machine shop needs to install a helicoil(s) where bolt(s) are stripped out.<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty
