Motor battles to turn over with plugs in,plugs removed it turns great,good battery,any suggestions please.Trim goes up but once up it clicks on the downward setting.
Rick,<br />Sounds like you have two problems. the first is a bad trim solenoid, if you swap the up and the down solenoids you will see your problem reverse. as far as the cranking the first thing i would check would be the starter current draw. If the starter is drawing more than 170amps replace it. I am assuming you have good clean and tight battery connections?
