The tilt cylinder was leaking down. So I replaced the o-rings in the cylinders and rebuilt the valve body with new o-rings in and on check valves and shuttle valve.
Now the tilt works only in the up postion it will not go down.

Did the same thing on mine...first...check your relay! Sounds dumb by mine have needed some knocking around. Did you put the ball bearings in correctly? I think I mixed mine up but after taking it back down and redoing it, I finally got it...it was hell though.

or tubes crossed. people do that sometimes and it causes the system to act weird.

if its the motor and resevoir design i had the same problem, turns out the aftermarket same design pump actually needed the longer drive shaft then the orginally drive shaft that i replaced it with. If you here the motor spinning but ram doesnt move this could be your problem. found out $150 bucks later
