I dont like asking this from you but you are possibly my last chance.The problem i have is that in the uk we have a law that a boat has to be ce marked,unless i can prove it was in the uk prior to june 1998,in which case it would be exempt.As it stands at the moment i have a boat i cannot sell or use and it could even be confiscated and destroyed,as it is classed as an illegal boat until it is ce marked.The cost of having this done is in the region of 12000 us dollars. I have traced ownership back to 2000 which then stops as the company is now bust. What i am asking from you is would you be able to let me know the name, address,and phone number of the original owner so i could trace forward from1993.If you can not do this for any reason I would understand as i would not ask anybody to do anything,that could jeopardize themselves in any way
