I put the boatin the water and backed away from the ramp. When I put it in forward gear, nothing. I pulled the cowling off and sprayed the linkage with wd-40 and it went into gear. I trolled for about an hour, then stopped at the Marina for a cold drink. When I got back into the boat, no forward again. Is there an adjustment on the shift linkage of a 60's model Chrysler 6.6.? It has never done this before and the little motor hasn't jambed around, my wife and I only use it for trolling.
