I believe I have something besides the cylinders which has siezed. Motor will turn over without plugs but not with plugs in.
There were some slightly larger shavings on magnatized drain plug when I pulled it from the lower unit. I can not budge the flywheel when I try to push it with a srewdriver. Do I have some siezed bearings somewhere or could it be something else? Thanks
