hahaha awww man I gotta quit watching CNN. but I do have to ask an opinion. the people that got rescued in the hummer in arizona. should they be required to pay the state back?<br /> It does look like gross stupidity almost bordering on criminal stupidity.

It's called idiots with too much money who think they are invincible. Yes, they should flip the bill. If they have enough money for a Hummer then they have enough to pay a helicopter to rescue them out of a flood.
