Floatation standards in 1974, SRV190?

I'm looking into purchasing a 1974 SRV190. I'm curious - in 1978 the US Coast Guard implemented a Level and Basic Floatation Standard requirement, so if a boat were to capsize it would still float basically. I'm curious - does anyone know if the 74 SRV190 would float if tipped? Or did Sea Ray do something to adhere to this standard in 78?

Update: I just read the 72 and 76 brochures, they both say "foam floatation"..so I believe that means that they will float...
