float adjustment and timing

1984 140 johnson j140tlcrd do my carbs have an float adjustment and can I check and adjust the timing by myself. I do not have a manual still looking for one

You can do all of the above, but you will need the manual.

untill I get a manual what is the float adjustment on these carbs??? and the timing???
