I have a 2017 Sun Tracker Tri Toon with a Merc 150 Hp outboard. I had a minor vibration at low idle that people said the Flo Torw IV Hub Kit would resolve. I installed it and it did remove the low speed vibration, but I now have a pretty good vibration as I accelerate at low RPM's. As I speed up it goes away.

I tightened the prop nut, but I noticed the aft sleeve doesnt alow for it to be to tight, as it starts to flex. Am I doing something wrong?

Any advice on the vibration?

You haven't fully seated the hub or you don't have your thrust washer installed correctly. You shouldn't have any slop in the prop and Merc recommends 55 ft-lbs for at least their 90 and 115 hp.....no slop there.

I just installed a prop requiring a hub kit. The kit was made by the prop mfgr. for the specific prop I bought so it is the right one. I installed it and got it to what I thought was somewhere around 55. Took it out and ran it for a couple of hours and noticed prop rattling under certain conditions.

Checked and the prop was loose....apparently the insert had a problem seating fully on my initial tweak. So I retorqued it and had it out again for a couple of hours and no more slop.

Yeah. As above. My thoughts would be either the theist washer is missing or you’ve tightened down the nut outside the hexagonal insert of the locking tab washer. Easily done.

It is a good idea to rotate the prop as you are snuggling/tightening it as it can help Center it as some Thrust Washers are a little loose in the prop hub

I just bought a new prop and hub, identical to the one mentioned, only 2" shallower in pitch. Before I installed the hub, I lubed it up with Vaseline (Petroleum Jelly). Took the mallet and whacked it just like they said to do and I did to my first one, but this time it went all the way in....the first time. Mounted it and it torqued right up. Shouldn't have any problems with this one.
