Most of the Southwest flights I have been on are filled with self-deprecating humor. It is refreshing to laugh after the "cattle call" of claiming your seats, etc.

Back when the LA Lakers had Shaq and Sacramento and the Lakers both had decent basketball teams, I saw a Southwest gate that had changed the Sacramento destination to Shaqramento.

We have a couple of FA's where I work that do a similar dog & pony show...... It's not a often as in the past. Everyone has a cell phone nowadays and all it takes is one pizzed off person to complain and stick it on Youtube and the comedian gets "spanked"
