Well, today I got the motor dropped back in the boat and ready to go. Got it running well, and went to put the boat away from my front yard. (My water is horribly bad on the driveway) I backed up the mower, hoped off, lowered the tongue, pulled the mower back and dropped it down on the ball, or so I thought.... It landed on the transmission release and bent it up and pulled it way too far out. Giving up on trying to fix it in the dark I just decided to go get my truck. However there isn't room where I parked the boat with the mower to get trailer hooked on the ball. I gave up and decided to hook the safety chains up and the electric brakes to pull the boat out of the tight area. When it was time to try and back it into my garage with my truck, after many attempts, I realized it was impossible. I was able to line the boat up with the truck, unhook, and push 4,000+ pounds uphill and turning slightly (tandem axle trailer). Now I'm exhausted.
