Fitch fuel pressure port

Has anyone ever replaced the fuel pressure port. Mine has started coming out of the plastic tee and was spraying fuel, I looked at a parts breakdown, but it looks like you have to buy the line assembly, and even then I am not sure it comes with the fuel port. I am thinking I can add a different type myself, just not sure the easiest way to get the tee out of the line with out messing it up. It looks like the hose is form fitted around the tee.
