Fishing near Fort Lauderdale

Next week, I am finally able to get away from all of this snowy weather(don't get me wrong, I love it) to do some fishing in Florida with my Dad. What I was wondering of who knows of some good fishing in and around Fort Lauderdale, and what I should be fishing for and using, any help would be great. <br /><br />Belchy

Hi Belchy. We had a great fishing trip off of Ft. Lauderdale and Pompano Beach about a month ago. See what was written in this Saltwater Fishing Forum under "Help please re. Fishing off Ft. Lauderdale" from Feb. 24. Also, we used Capt. Kevin Kates. You can find his web site at www.catch-fish.com and tell him the guys from iboats.com sent you.
