You are in prime Blue Fish and Striper territory. I have only fished the Chesapeake near the Virginia side and only then when someone else was at the helm but you are in a world class fishery, enjoy!

locals here look for trout and rock but spot croaker blues and a lot of other types of fish are plentiful depending on the season water temp. ect. stay off muddy bottom, shell and rock bottom produce the best results, fish such as trout like to eat while moving from the deep into the sholes during dusk, prime conditions is the start of flood tide just before dark, fish the east side of the channels during flood tide and the west side during ebb tide. after dark fish around the banks 3'/4' of water grassy bottom large trout, rock and red drum are feeding on soft crabs there, dont use squid, peeler crab soft crab and blood worms are the food of choice in the bay, pocomoke, and tangier sound
