fishfinder help

Hey everyone I'm looking for a cheap fishfinder/ depth finder and looking to stay under $150. Just using it for freshwater fishing in some small lakes around the area in my inflatable raft. I'm looking at the Humminbird PiranahMax series and either the 176i or the 190c. Which of the two should I choose or is their something else I should be looking at. Just trying to get a bottom reading to help find structures and whatnot. Not sure if it would be better to have gps with a dual beam to mark spots or color with a higher resolution screen. There is only about a $10 difference between the two. Any help would be much appreciated.

For $10, the higher resolution color unit is a no-brainier
