I currently have a Piranha Max 196 Ci on a 14' Lund WC 14 DLX that is relatively new to me. I bought it in September.

Over the weekend I bought a new trailer and I think in transferring the boat to the new trailer I broke the transducer. I used this past week for a few days, but it suddenly started giving me funky readings. If I was not moving it would not read depth (just 0 feet - no marks) -- then when I would get going a bit it would jump to 300 to 400' feet of depth and show marks. The temperature reading seems to work. Do I need to reset it possibly?

If it does need a new transducer I am hoping that some people on here can help me with the install. I have some pictures of the boat and how it appears to be set up below?

Does it look like the wires are run through the seats? How do you remove these seat plywood by removing the screws? Is it worth replacing just the transducer or should I just go with a completely new one.... I have only used this fish finder six times....

MUCH THANKS
