How long do you want to keep them alive?<br /><br />I keep mine alive for short periods of time in a 30 gal fish tank.<br /><br />I keep the water pretty cold and use an electric air pump that puts out alot of very small bubbles....the smaller the better and lots of them.<br /><br />I don't let the water move fast.<br /><br />for me they last a week or more with little die off.<br /><br />ease them into water of different temps...no need to stress them out by putting them in water that is colder or warmer than they are in already...aclimate them buy adding a little water at a time from the tank into whatever they are in till the temps. are close...then ease them into the tank.<br /><br />hope this helps.<br /><br />Derwood.
