Haven't been on the water yet. We had snow into May and then weeks of cold very windy (50-70kmh) weather. Then rain for nearly all of June which ended in flooding throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
The road to the lake is washed out in spots but I guess it doesn't matter as the marina road is a 12 foot deep gully. Can't drive on air.
And to top it all off the sewage plants were overflowing and the rivers and lakes are contaminated with ecoli bacteria. I really should not be complaining about lack of use of my boat when so many people have lost houses and farmland.
I'd like to get out on the water this weekend at an alternate launch which is in a very crowded public place. However there is much debris floating in the water. My buddy had a telephone pole destroy his dock. Sure wouldn't want to hit that. Plus wake and wave action are hurting any sanding bagging efforts of people trying to save their cottages.

Heck, that is no problem for a jumper!, just rev that sucker up and let the clutch go, then punch it, I bet you can clear it!

Just make sure that guy in the white shirt isn't in the truck with you!

Man, that's bad Ricoh, feeling your pain. Here in North Texas lakes are 9-12 feet low, but I will take that over the flooding and contamination you guys are experiencing :(

The last snow in MN melted two days ago and I think yesterday in WI. Flooding in most counties here as well this spring/early summer. High water on many lakes.
