OH yeah! after rebuild, put everything back together and it actually worked. lol check it out.

80hp Merc 800 thunderbold 1969. on a 16' trihull (fiberglass)

Dont worry, I didn't go cursing full throttle right off the start. This is after a few hours of putting around.... Just one quick throttle up... I couldn't resist.

Do you mean cursing or cruising. It could go either way. Good job. I can take them apart. Putting them back together is another story.

Did you rebuild the carbs during the engine rebuild. If not, you may get to the rebuild again. Ever determine why the rebuild was necessary?
