First Post! 2000 Tohatsu 40hp Longshaft Conversion

First time to actually post and hope to get some info.

I have a 2000 model M40D2 40hp 3cyl tohatsu that is a 15" shaft and want to convert to a 20". Need help locating a midsection and LU or at least a driveshaft, water tube and shifter linkage. I could also trade my 15" parts or consider buying a complete non-running engine.
