First inflatable need advice

I just bought a Maxxon Sport 10 used off CL.
I've watched several Utubes about these and nothing is specific to this boat.
It has a hard bottom and transom.
The side rails that go onto the floor pieces are what I'm having trouble with. There are one for each side.
There is a bow floor section, then 3 floor sections, the aft most fitting under the edge of the transom.
Seems like there should be a side rail to connect all of the floor pieces or just enough of them.
I'm not sure if the seller shorted me two side pieces or what. The two I have look only large enough to connect two of the floor pieces.
Any advice on how these things go together?

We bought it to simply row around the shallows of a small lake not really anything more than that.

Can’t help with this model but maybe someone else will jump in soon with advice. Have you tried contacting the company? Can you post a picture of what your talking about! Does this look like yours?
