First Fish

Took my Mom and niece out for a ride today and my niece decided she wanted to fish.
Up to today she was perfectly happy just playing with the rod and bobber in the water.
That changed when I heard her cry out "My bobbers gone!" I helped her land the lunker five inch bluegill.
But she is true to form when asked how big her fish was she held up her hands about two feet apart.
That will teach me not to forget my camera

Your niece's first fish and you didn't even get a picture?? Take a picture of her in the boat and photoshop a bluegill into her hands, she'll never know the difference. HA!!

She's not even three yet so take a picture of the next fish and when she looks at it in ten years she'll never know the difference.:redface:

I just looked at the pic beside my name and we were anchored at the same spot as when I took the pic

You have experienced one of lifts greatest moments. The look and expression on a child's face when they caught there first fish. Its priceless.
And of course the sounds they make are funny to.
