managed to get the trailer finished up in time for a local fishing derby.
in the water around 6:30am, i waited till good daylight so i could float for few minutes and check everything over. she fired right up with no problems, found no loose hose clamps or anything else so good to go.

started fishing with no luck what so ever! trolled over to another sweet spot and within an hour had 4 descent smaller pike, 1 nice smallmouth, and about a gallon of water in the bilge

poking my head around and under the engine best i could....notice a wet spot below the gimble then drip, drip, drip. not suprised, since the bellows are overdue anyway. just disapointed. so i keep an eye on things and continue fishing, i stayed out of the shallows and weeds so i wouldnt have to raise the outdrive...not a single fish or bite since.

finally gave up instead of chancing it any farther, pulled the boat out, pulled the plug and nothing, no water.
stopped on a steep hill and watched a good solid minute of water run out!

finally got home, raised the bow as high as i can and even more water comes out....i have a bad feeling im going to find a crack in the hull! :(
i hope the bellows leaked a hell of lot more when i wasnt looking than the small drips i saw!

good news is we caught a few fish :)
