Fine Thread Fuel Filter

Every reference I can find states that Volvo Penta 8.1 fuel filter is part number 3862228 for standard filter and 3847644 for high capacity regardless of the specific model.
I have an 8.1Gi-F that uses those filters
I have an 8.1Gi-G that has a fine thread filter rather than the coarse thread.

I can find no reference anywhere for the fine thread filter. The one I have on the boat needs to be changed but the number has rubbed off. I can see that it is an OEM filter but there is nothing remaining of the number.

Can anyone help me determine the correct filter? Do I have some odd one-off fuel pump assembly?

Running a filter cross reference on 3862228 turns up an OMC filter part number.

OMC uses a 1”-12 thread
Mercury (most after market filter heads) use a 11/16”-16 thread
