How hard is it to find parts for a 1985 35 hp mercury? Also could anyone give me any info on the compression it should have and how to do it? Thanks jag

Oh i was just wondering just to know where to get some if i needed them. When i did take it out though it stopped when we had it in the water opened up fully. Didn't know what was wrong it just stopped. I let it sit for a minute and then it started up i think i flooded it i don't know. i did it 1 more time but lost power before it did it. Let it rest squeezed the fuel line and it started. don't know what happened maybe you guys can tell me lol. thanks
