Finally took the boat out

I finally had the opportunity to take the boat out. Everything worked as it should. The new tach, temp gauge, etc. The only scare I had was when tank #1 ran out of gas. For a split second, I thought the old merc was done for. Then I realized what had happened, went back and switched to my other tank. It started right up and I was on my way.

Looks and sounds great. Did you have a kill laynard, and jackets on the kids? Just incase something were to happen. Your hard work getting it running has paid off, and enjoyment is on the way.

Dont have a kill switch but I did have like jackets on the kids. On that lake, you cant make it 5 feet if you don't have all your ducks in row.

Patrolled that closely ? I love this spell check thanks to all involved for adding ! Boaters have common love and spelling , grammar isn't as important .

Yep. Th police? Office is right next to the boat ramp.
