Finally got a real fishfinder

Wrote notes to the wife in the weeks before Christmas "Eagle Fishmark 320" - left one in her car, one in her purse, one in her address book. And she came through for me. Took advantage of the spring weather this week to install & try it out.<br /><br />I guess it's pretty plain compared to those fancy new units with color & GPS and all, but believe me after the cheapie humminbird piranha, it's nice to get depth at any speed plus actual fish arches. The difference is like night & day. Should of done this a long time ago!

Congrats. Thats a good unit. The best advice I can give you is to turn off the Fish ID feature, and turn off anything automatic. Do everything manually, it will pay off in accuracy.
