Over the 4th I ended up with a fairly deep scratch in my fiberglass. What can I use to fill it? I plan on painting it after I fix it.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Fiberglass Scratches

so long as it isnt all the way through i would simply use resin.you can buy it at wal-mart or a auto-parts store fairly cheap.the best way i have found is to fill it in with the resin and place a thin piece of cardboard backing over it, like the stuff on the back of a spark plug pakage.then add a bit of tape and leave it overnight.you can sand it down smooth when it cures and takes paint nicely.
