Fiberform hin number problem

I have a Fiberform boat and I’m trying to search the hun number but it asks to be 12 digits but I was given a 8 digit hin number which is 1669264V and the make is FBG can anyone help me decode or figure this out?

It's probably pre 1972 or 74 when HINs standardized.

second, that could be a pre 1972 serial number

third, if you are trying to decipher your boat without a title/registration/bill of sale, it may simply be a yard planter
