I have a 1997 Volvo 275 HP GSI 5.7 TBI. I would like to know what the correct pessoure at the fuel supply schrader valve (post high pressure pump) is supposed to be? I am suddenly having problems with injectors (faulty spray pattern) and am wondering among other things if this ethanol is affecting these engines? My area only recently switched to this mix and first my low pressure pump would not pick up from the tank below aprox. 1/3 full. I have changed pump (low Pressure) and before I could test in ocean conditions I see injector issue, so I am putting in a set of them, however I show 27 - 30 lbs. psi. at valve and can only find info saying 9 - 13 psi. I think this is for previous engines though as 27 psi. sticks in my mind from bad injectors 3 years ago. Lots of questions I know, but a little help will go along way...
