This is my favourite short cut in the Kootenays, just not this fast!!!
If you watch this you may want a vomit bag close.

OH, by the way speed limit is 90 KMH / 55MPH and thats about the speed the two trucks are hauling thier holiday trailers at.

This ones for LIPP and the rest of the riders here, can you imagine if he had lost it?

Enjoy, or shake your head

(sorry, do not know how to bring over the you tube screen to open)

Oh man I just had a 10 minute woody!!

Thanks Rob!!

Scrit9mm, I thank people like your wife every day for saving my life, while I wasn't scraped off the asphalt since I was in full leathers, I know exactly what you mean, between my helmet and the fine work of the medical professionals I would have never made it out of my coma.

But I still love speed!!

Glad you liked it LIPP, this area is a destination region for all bikers from around the world, some of the best curved highways available for, well speed, with a low leo count per 100 mile.

check out advrider canada HWY's 6, 31, 3 ETC

There was a time that I would have loved those videos, now they make my skin crawl! Couldn't watch either of them the whole way through. At one point I owned 3 cycles ... the largest a KZ1000. But after working emergency services, by the end of the summer you are tired of scraping those people off the highway and sending them on a helicopter ride to the closest trauma unit, or just calling the meat wagon.

Please be safe when riding, and wear protective gear. If not for yourself, then for your loved ones and for the EMS personel that may have to deal with you ...

I suppose everyone takes risks. Perhaps I'm venting because I know it will be a cold day in hell before I am "allowed" to get something with 2 wheels. hahahahaahah

You have a cold day in hell, I waited 22 years before I stepped over another motorcycle that was officially mine, couple weeks ago I bought a 2006 Heritage Softail Classic, the idea being a Harley has limitations that would help me control myself, much better then the FZR1000, GSXR 750 and FZR 600 I used to race with!! I have no control over sportbikes they simply take over my throttle hand!! In all honesty I started racing because I was just stupid fast on the street, Medical attention is 4 minutes away on average, at an organized race its less then a minute, that decision may have saved my life..

Be safe everyone!
