The cat is 142lb from lake Texoma. One was also caught there 121lbs and is in the Jenks Oklahoma aquarium! Gota upgrade my lines just look at the rope its on!

Negative on the Texoma comment. That is a Wels cat and is only found over in Europe. The new record cat from Texoma is a Blue catfish and weighs in at 121 1/2 lbs. <br /><br /> That picture has been making the rounds on the net for a while. It is a Wels catfish and was caught a while back. That species of cat catch reach weights over 300 lbs. <br /><br /> The biggest cat is the Mekong catfish from east Asia- reaching weights of 650 lbs. <br /><br />UFM82<br /><br />Catfishing guru
