Fast Strike Engines

Does any one know what the differences are between the 150 & 175 Fast Strike engines? Thanks Tom

Tom, I believe that carburation is the only difference.....150 having a smaller carbs than the 175.....The block, stroke and bore should be the same......LS

Thanks for the reply, that is what I thought my self but I didn't know for sure. I hope I can find out for sure because I sure could use the extra horses upstairs.If any one else knows I would like to hear from you. Thanks Tom

I'm not positive but the port timing may be different as well.

an easy way to find out would be talk to someone that resleeves these engines. or if they are available sleeve part #'s.
