Fast idle control

On my omc control box my fast idle lever don’t want to adjust on the carburetor I’ve done tryed to adjust the cable I can move it to full throttle on the motor by have and then pull the throttle back in regular idle position and it moves it back it just don’t want to throttle up

Also can't follow what you are saying. As a general troubleshooting approach, the remote cables have to be disconnected at the motor, and motor operation (throttle/shifting) needs to be checked and possibly corrected. Cables then would be reconnected and adjusted to correspond with the motor settings.
