Fantastic for cleaning vinyl

I heard from a few that fantastic houshold cleaner is no longer good to use on your vinyl seats. They say the formula has been changed to include an antibacterial agent that will harm the finish. Anybody heard anything about this. The information I got from the manufacturer of the vinyl on my 04 chaparral said to use fantastic. But that was in 04. Thanks.

Give this a try. I did, and was amazed, literally. I used a scrub brush and a white cloth. Unbelieveable results.

I don't know if this is good for vinyl on a boat but I found a cleaner at mernids
called JOMAX HOUSE & MILDEW KILLER. I used it on my house and it took all the mold and Mildew right off and it looks like new.

Yes, but elbow grease is a must, soak it down and scrub, let it soak a little then scrub some more, then repeat, it also cleans grease stains.

This is the right forum. the final step on all engine and drive repairs is to get those hand prints off the white seats before the wife sees them.

OK, I just posted a response to Bondo above. When I refreshed the page I found that my post was not at the bottom of the page. It has been listed prior to a post from several hours earlier.

Does this mean that I will have to read complete threads everytime I come back to one and check on updates??

This could be time consuming on longer threads.

By Subscribing to this thread and setting the controls to immediately email, I was notified that you made a reply.

Although, have to admit, I prefer it like it was before and just get email whenever someone posted or replied to a post to this particular Forum. But that is just me.

Yeah, I liked the old subscription system too, Outlook sorted everything, so I could read conversations in order, and only had to log in if I wanted to reply to a thread.

However, the new site is faster, and I hear that the search functon actually works.

No doubt about it use the Magic Eraser, went through 15 packages but it was worth it. 89 cobalt 172.
tried everything else recommended and this by farrrrrrrr was the best! Trust me the interior was pretty bad before hand.
