Re: Fail

and that, children, is why we always use our safety chains.

You know, anyone can flip a single hull, but it takes finesse to flip a toon completely over. And he did it drunk!

But I do think it's unfair that the cops gave him tickets for improper signals. When he turned on his left blinker, it only looked like the right one came on because the trailer was upside down!

That guy needs to sit in jail for a while period. NO early release and then have his drivers license taken for 10 years,,,,,I bet hes not in jail and still driving until his court date,

Re: Fail

Looks like that cast iron bimini might have been a decent investment after all.

Re: Fail

$5000 bail?
I was arrested in NY for suspended driving privileges I didn't know about (I live in VT), and it was $500 bail.

If my loud exhaust and 'expired' piece of paper is worth $500, I'd expect his list of infractions would be worth more like $50,000.

Re: Fail

Seems hinky. How in the world did the Trailer flip over completely and 1) not flip the tow or 2) not break or come off of the hitch. I just don't see how it is possible for the boat and trailer to flip and still stay attached to a vehicle so he could pull it futher. Dumb non the less for towing that recklessly but I don't think the story is true.

Re: Fail

Thats what the safety chains are for.... He could have broken the ball right off the bumper, and that trailer should stay behind him.
