I believe the motor is a 2006 but not sure. Boat sat for a year did not stabilize the fuel went to use last year had rough idle and would bog down under load and would not go fast. Boat sat for another 8 months untouched same fuel.

Fast forward now: I assumed it was a fuel problem and the VST filter was clogged. I pulled VST tank, removed filter shot carb cleaner through it and also shot carb cleaner through the high pressure pumps inlet/outlet ports that’s inside the vst tank, and cleaned all hoses, pressure regulator on tank and tank parts. I hooked wire leads to high pressure fuel pump while I had it out hooked to battery pump ran and sounded good. I pulled float/needle valve off cleaned them also.

I pulled fuel injectors and put them on bench connected a 2 ft pc of clear tube filled tube with sea foam, connected injectors to battery and put air pressure on hose end to clean all 4 injectors, all 4 had a nice spray pattern.

I pulled low pressure fuel pump off, and put two hoses on it and put suction side in gas can and I pumped with my hand the part of the pump that goes to the cam. As I pumped up and down it shot fuel out fine, I even put some back pressure on the exit side with my finger as I pumped and it still pumped fine.

I cleaned all fuel hoses on motor, changed little filter in filter housing on motor, and I cleaned the little inline plastic filter on engine. I also put new external 10 micron fuel/water separator on.

I bypassed the fuel tank as I want to pump old fuel out. I hooked a pump bulb to external water separator/fuel filter into a 5 gallon can of fresh non ethanol fuel. Motor runs but doesn’t sound smooth, motor will stall at idle. The rpms seem to want to steady at 7 but fluctuate up and down and stall when hits around 4 rpms. If I bump throttle up just a little to 1500, it wont hold steady at 1500 it will go up and down 1000 to 2000 rpms. At higher RPMs 2500+ its fine. I did not put boat in water to see that it will do under load, this is in driveway on trailer. I pulled all 4 plugs they all looked dry and good.

I thought originally I had a fuel problem I wonder now if it’s a sensor/part? Any helpful hints on what to trouble next wound be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I do not know anything about that F75, but being injected I would think it has an Idle air control valve that could have a problem

Might be a Plugged Injector, old Fuel can gum them up real good.
