After 4 years of intermittent stalling on acceleration from idle which included 4 trips to 2 different dealers , two nondealer mechanics got this issue fixed with the help of Rodbolt's posts and $ 1200 worth of new software . Doesn't say much for Yamaha service when this happens . 4 seasons of BS with a 07 F150 with a problem that started right out of the box . One fix was increasing the idle to 1400 which was convenient if you want to know what a 20 oz . hammer sounds like hitting your lower unit . Yamaha Scmamaha , wouldn't do it again . Also had block replaced due to " debris that came thru the intake " 2 years ago . Thanks Rodbolt and Sundog Marina on the Delaware Bay .
