2000 Yam F100 4-stroke. When I hook up the flush hose to my motor and turn the water on, I get good flow out of all the pickups on the foot but I get nothing from the upper tube. There is actually a suction on the upper tube. When I turn the water off, I get a good flow out of the upper tube until all of the water has drained. Talked to 2 Yam mechanics and they don't have a clue. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
