I try to help out as often as possible and like doing this. I post on a lot of sites, I am not a jet ski mechanic nor have I any desire to be one. My information is usually based on personal experience and I do have a lot of that as I usually spend 3 days a week on the water and two of those are weekends with a lot of jet skiers. I own and have owned a lot of skies and i do all my own work from glass work to rebuilding engines and pumps, plus most of the people in my family own skies and guess who provides all the repair work . answering questions over the internet is a challenge and its fun, like solving a cross word puzzle with some really poor clues. but every once in a while you get it right. I also end up with a lot of e mails asking questions about jet skis and i try to answer them as often as I can. My expertise is in making jet propelled watercraft steer like never before, and thats why I am on the water all the time. I am Always happy to help and will do my best to offer advice if possible but I thought I should qualify that I am just another jet skier helping out the guy in need , or atleast trying to.

Jeff, from what I have seen, you have given out a lot of well thought out advise. Nobody will hit it correct everytime using internet clues to diagnose. I think you have helped a lot of mechanically inclined people that just don't have the experience in jet skis! If this was written due to you getting flamed or something, ignore it, you can't please everybody all the time! Keep on sharing your opinions and advise, I am sure it is appreciated by many!

Actually no, every one is quite nice on this site and I enjoy coming here , there are a few sites where all the idiots seem to flock, this has not been one of them .I just wanted to be sure that people know Where im coming from and qualify my lack of qualifications if you will. I just get a lot of experience because im so good at breaking these little darlings. Im glad I can be of help. You can be sure if someone wants to play the flame game I have 23 years as a cop and a police chief under my belt and will leave them bleeding on the floor wondering what happened . I actually do a lot of that on pwctoday just for s and g's they are too easy though no real challenge. But thanks for the feed back.

yes and some pretty silly ones although it does seem to be harder to get them to engage me in battle, plus it appears to be the stand up riders who seem to think they know it all and in defense of the site there are a lot of members and I only have fun with a few, so the odds in the vast numbers there is bound to be a nit wit in the crowd.I do a lot of posts on pwc central and they seem to be a good crowd , pwc alaska but thats a really dead site they don't talk a lot in alaska but the pictures on the site are outstanding and they are also real nice, my best site is yamaha jetboaters since they discovered my steering they keep me real busy with orders and they are alwasy posting positive things about it, but that's a totally different crowd than pwc today. The sugarsand forum seemed to have a mix of mature people and dumb azzes, so I don't even bother with them , seems like another pwctoday,I just don't have time for two sites to play reindeer games with. Plus im about to put my finger in the eye of a very large defense contractor and they are not going to like it one little bit, but if you earn it you aren't getting cheated out of it by me. There will be some fire works over this stunt but some times you just have to take the bull by the horns.
