EZ Loader trailer set-up

I have an EZ-loader trailer and it has a 4 prong flat connector on one end for the lights. In the UK however this is not the connection we use to hook up to vehicles, it is in fact a circular 7 pin connector. Any ideas on getting a convertor for this?
Also the lights on the rear are quite low, I'm sure they would go into the water when launching the boat?
What lighting set up is used on these trailers, I am thinking of just getting a trailer board?
Where do you fix the number plate also?

Auto Zone or any other car parts store. They make a plug that converts. Cost is only about $7
Always remember to unplug your lights at the Boat launch and replug them in after loading the boat back on the trailer. The lights should drain or are waterproof if they are on a Boat Trailer. Of couse they most likely are going to go under the water. Some you don't have to unplug but it's a good idea too anyway so they don't short out.

The License plate goes under the left tail Light . If the bracket is missing you can get it at the auto parts store too or wal-mart or k-mart

Just go to Auto Zone and tell them what you want or even an Rv Parts store at an RV Dealer. I have one that came from Burnsides RV in Houghton Lake, MI

We have a Fifth Wheel 7 prong and my brother-in-law has a Trailer I tow for him that has the flat plug. I thought it was easier to buy the converter than to rewire.

I just looked and unfortunatly the plug is at his house still on the trailer. It's a standard plug. You can even call any Rv store and ask if they have one. You can also get the price too that way. Maybe shop on the phone to compare prices with Parts Four, Auto Zone or any other RV Dealer Parts store.
That would give you the best price and save you from running around wasting gas and your time.

By the way I think it doesn't matter if it's a six pin or seven pin your going to. The center pin on the 7 prong is the ground and on the six pin one of the other pins is the ground. That's something you might need to ask. Check your plug on your tow vehicle first.

I found my plug but there isn't any name on it. In looling at it. It doesn't matter how many pins it goes to. The big end. It is either 4 wire in or five wire in. Mine happens to be a five wire in. The rest of the slots are just blank no brass tabs.
