External fuel line damaged

My lovely dog chewed my Tohatsu 4 stroke 6HP external fuel line so it needs to be replaced. All the hardware is fine just the hose is chewed up just up from the bulb. Can someone please advise the most economical way to fix this? Thanks

Go to any marine supply store/marina,get new hose,done.

Or use a hose mender and 2 clamps.
