Exhaust manifold replacement for Volvo AQ125A 1983 bayliner capri

I was told by my repair shop that I need a new one and the Volvo parts are expensive. I was wondering if anyone knows of a quality aftermarket replacement part? And If would be hard to replace the manifold myself? What would a zinc pin be used for in replacing it? Should I replace the bolts also? Any advice would be appreciated. A walk throught on how to replace it. Thank you

I know this post is a little old but its worth a shot. I have close to the same engine as yours, read a previous post of yours about stalling on acceleration. You were going to open another post re: this but this is the next one I see.
Im wondering if your manifold had something to do with your problem. Strange coincidence considering when I bought the boat it came with a second used manifold.
